Wireless Realty Advisors, LLC (WRA) was founded in 2005 by Tom Remillard to serve the emerging intersection of real estate and wireless infrastructure. At the time, the wireless industry was expanding rapidly, but few understood how to navigate the complexities of real estate within that growth. Tom recognized the opportunity and set out to provide development and acquisition solutions grounded in data, transparency, and long-term value creation.
What started as a local site acquisition provider has since grown into a trusted partner for property owners, wireless carriers, and infrastructure developers across the United States.
