Tom Remillard
Founder & CEO
With over two decades of experience, Tom Remillard has built a career specializing in real estate for the wireless and wired communications industries. He founded WRA in 2005 and has grown it into one of the most long-tenured private firms in the cell tower real estate space, known for its focused portfolio and long-term relationships with site owners.
Under Tom’s leadership, WRA focuses on developing and maintaining one of the industry’s most comprehensive databases of current cell site locations. By leveraging this database, WRA has been able to maintain a large pipeline of off-market acquisition opportunities. Additionally, the database provides the company with a roadmap as to where new cell tower locations will be in the future.
Prior to WRA, Tom served as CEO and founder of Blue Sky Tower Partners, LLC and REON Broadband. Over the course of his career, he has raised more than $500 million in private equity and debt capital and has orchestrated four successful exits for companies he has founded.
Tom holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and master’s degree in Psychology from Boston University.
James Huth
James Huth is the President of Wireless Realty Advisors (WRA), where he oversees the firm’s acquisitions, revenue growth strategies, and asset management initiatives. Since joining WRA in 2017, James has played a key role in expanding the company’s portfolio and operations, rising through the ranks from acquisitions to executive leadership.
Before WRA, James served as Director of Business Development at NBCUniversal, driving revenue across the company’s station group, with a focus on sports, news, and digital platforms. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of REON (Real Estate on Net) Broadband, a building-focused broadband services firm that was successfully acquired by Choice Communications.
James began his career in the broadcast industry, working in sales and business development roles and representing major clients including Gannett, Post-Newsweek, Disney, and Scripps Howard.
He holds a degree from Temple University and lives just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Karalyn Remillard
Karalyn Remillard serves as Executive Vice President at WRA, where she oversees the company’s internal operations, including Human Resources, Finance, and Administrative functions. Her role spans employee relations, organizational development, payroll and benefits management, vendor coordination, and financial oversight.
With over a decade of leadership at the company, she plays a critical role in ensuring organizational efficiency.
Her background includes meeting planning and hospitality sales. She holds a degree in Communication and Business from Stonehill College.
Jeff Pasternak
Jeff Pasternak joined WRA in 2023 as Vice President of Acquisitions, bringing over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and real estate to the company. Jeff leads WRA’s acquisition business and underwriting efforts for all transactional opportunities, driving scalable growth for the company.
Prior to joining WRA, Jeff served as Director of National Real Estate Business Development at Crown Castle, where he was tasked with leading the acquisition and expansion strategy of wireless infrastructure assets throughout the country. Before focusing on telecommunications, Jeff led real estate capital markets and asset management teams, closing and managing over $1 billion in multifamily housing portfolios throughout the U.S.
Jeff graduated from the University of Southern California and lives in Houston, TX with his wife and two children.
Diana Spearin
As Director of Operations at Wireless Realty Advisors, Diana Spearin brings over a decade of experience within the wireless infrastructure industry. Since joining the company in 2013, she has held several key positions, providing the firm with a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
Diana leads all critical aspects of the company’s operations, including closings, data management, and support for strategic outreach initiatives. Her ability to manage complex workflows and lead cross-functional teams plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s core mission.
Diana graduated from Dean College with a major in Business. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two Rottweilers.
